Web 2.0 Conference Notes

Brian and I are in San Francisco this week attending the Web 2.0 conference.  Earlier this year I attended SuperNova and while it was an interesting event, I did not know anyone and it took me a while to break the ice with people at the conference.  Since that conference I have been an avid consumer and producer of blogs and it has made all of the difference.  The strange thing about reading someone’s blog is that you feel like you know them and allows for a more meaningful experience when you meet them in person.  On the flipside, several readers of my blog introduced themselves and they seemed to know quite a bit about me.  Blogs have enriched my off-line personal interactions.
