Microsoft Settles on RSS Icon

If you are a Firefox user you are already familiar with the little orange RSS icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser. Microsoft has decided to adopt it to signify RSS features in their products. Read more about the news on Microsoft’s blog here.

Web Feed Icon Standardized

In what should prove a very wise move for XML web feed (RSS and Atom) adoption, Microsoft announced that they have agreed to use the same icon as Firefox to represent feeds in their upcoming IE 7.
